Il est cité à comparaître pour sa communication à la conférence internationale de Téhéran en décembre 2006  (« Les Victoires du révisionnisme » (http://robertfaurisson.blogspot.fr/2006/12/les-victoires-durevisionnisme.html). Il explique ici son opposition à cette loi, qui sera peut-être réexaminée dans le cadre de la « question prioritaire de constitutionnalité » (QPC).
